I performed an experimental texture adjustment so that the propeller in the cockpit did not cause an unpleasant stroboscopic effect.
Applied to the basic skin of Air America, but can be applied to all.
Install extract XW-PFJ Air America.zip to your DCS Saved Games folder.
Example:
