This is a recreation of the PACAF 8th Fighter Wing F16c blk 40 #88-0468, 8th Operation’s Group flagship, which was given a special heritage paint
scheme in 2022, featuring a sunburst tail flash in honor of the korean war era tail designs for the operations group as they were painted on f86’s and f80’s.
It also features the names of notable 8th Fighter Wing Aces from WW2, the korean and vietnam wars on the ventral fins.
the livery features an haveglass grey paint scheme with ghost grey radome, but no haveglass coating.
