Your apart of the Mozdok QRF force consisting of 2 F/A-18C Lot 20's armed to the teeth to deal with the Russians. You can edit your loadout however its more of a free roam mission than anything.

I have created this misison to go with the video and it details how you can get the most out of the normally unhelpful Wingmen. Whilst I use the Harrier it's almost entirely aplicable to any airframe and you can simply replace the Harrier with a module that you have Tutorial is here
