After searching around endlessly for a decent button map template, I gave up and made one in excel and converted it to a pdf form. It's not perfect, but at least it doesn't involve a ton of layers in photoshop and can be printed out on a single piece of paper.

Mode 3 for communication and camera
Profile for import into DCS: World [Su-27.diff.lua]

Raw files from Gimp with which you can adjust the pictures if you change anything in the bindings
