The Mirage 2000-9 is the most advanced evolution of the Mirage 2000 family, developed specifically for the **United Arab Emirates Air Force (UAEAF)**. Based on the Mirage 2000-5 platform, the 2000-9 features a fully multirole design, capable of executing air superiority, ground attack, and reconnaissance missions with cutting-edge technology.

Following the end of the Circum-Pacific War, it was made somewhat clear that the Osean Air Defense Force was incapable of handling localized threats to the country, as seen with the attacks in Apito, and Bana, as well as full blown assaults elsewhere in the country. As a result a multitude of states set aside budgetary items to reinforce their own National Guard bureaus.
The Manalopan Parliament had a novel idea in aircraft selection when the OADF granted the 184th Fighter Squadron to the state's National Guard. A competition between the F-16, Typhoon and Mirage was held, with Parliamentary leaders choosing the Typhoon for the organization.
Entering IOC in late 2017, the “Hooligans” are still an inexperienced Squadron, and have been eager to prove themselves in combat.

April 1991 : unusual troop movements in Kola peninsula have been detected with satellites but due to jamming, NATO intelligence services can't tell what it is. An SF-37 Viggen has been sent for a recon flight. Unfortunetaly it has been shot down by enemy fighters. Soviet Union apologied for this mistake but such an incident reinforces the feeling that something is in preparation behind border. In this tricky situation France decided to send a Mirage 2000C squadron in Finland for support.
