2. Inside unzipped folder find "Bare Metal" folder
3. Navigate to "C:\Users\[Your user name]\Saved Games\DCS.openbeta\Liveries\MiG-19P" and put folder "Bare Metal" there
If you're missing "\Liveries\MiG-19P" folders then create them.
