AV8B Harrier - RWR Volume Reduction

***** NOTE: Razbam has reduced the RWR volume in the recent March 2023 open beta patch, therefore this mod may not be needed anymore unless you want to edit/customise the gain yourself. Personal Prefererence *****

Harrier RWR volume at the minimum level can be so loud in busy multiplayer servers that we turn it off.
This adjusts the volume "gain" so minimum volume is much lower, sounds bearable and can leave it on all the time and can use the whole volume range instead of just the minimum.

Passes Integrity check (tested Dec 2022 in 2.8).
Put this in your main DCS folder not saved games.
Ensure you backup your files first, and you may use JSGME/OVGME with this.
