Thrustmaster Warthog HOTAS and F/A-18C Stick Controls Map in a fillable PDF format.
Fully customizable, designed to help those that need a refresher on aircraft bindings.
Three (3) Fillable PDF's included:
-TM Warthog Stick Map
-TM Warthog Throttle Map
-TM FA-18C Stick Map
Most fillable boxes allow for two (2) lines of text, allowing you to add in a modifier if necessary.
These PDF's were tested using Adobe Acrobat Reader.
The images of the TM Warthog HOTAS and F/A-18C stick can be found online, and were not created by me. The format was created on the PDFescape website.
I threw these together rather quickly, and haven't tested them as a Kneeboard

A-10C II Tank Killer
What to say about it? Do we need a device profile to fly an A-10C II with the Thrustmaster HOTAS Warthog? Absolutely yes!
-Stick: All of the stock controls remains the same. I have added different controls for the views using the lever as a modifier.
-Throttle: None of the Throttle controls are used by the Lever modifier. Some of those controls that are never used in practice are remapped to something more useful. Snap Views are setup to your own liking, for example "Snap View 8" for a camera that allows a higher view when attacking ground or "Snap View 2" for a lower view in an air-to-air engagement.
