A simple training mission that covers everything we could think of. we had tried various missions available but found many of them unsuitable due to a number of factors. In short, we wanted to be able to start in-game and then change up our training on the fly EG. Do some ground attack then a quick dogfight then some cats n traps with some refuelling thrown in in-between
we have found this mission has fulfilled all of our needs and we hope it does the same for you.
it is, of course, SP and MP capable

Ce mardi 30 mars 1993, la Syrie a envahi le Liban sans déclaration de guerre.
L’armée libanaise, prise par surprise, peine à contenir l’avancée des Syriens.
Le président libanais Elias Hraou a demandé l’aide militaire de la France qui à répondu favorablement à cette requête en lançant l'« opération Sirocco ».
Cette opération a pour but d’affaiblir la logistique ennemie tout en réduisant sa capacité aérienne. Notre premier objectif sera de détruire la piste et les dépôts de carburant de la base aérienne Al Qusayr.
La France n'étant pas encore officiellement engagée au côté du Liban, nous allons opérer secrètement à partir de la base de Paphos, en Chypre.

IW: Persia is a single/multi-player dynamic mission where you must fly multiple plane *types* in support of an AI-controlled ground attack that tries to capture a string of strategic locations. Ground forces deploy and spawn dynamically, based on rules that are influenced by the current tactical situation. A successful 2-player mission usually requires that at least one (usually more) of the players fly two or more different airframes (rotor- and/or fixed-wing) before the mission is a success.

On this date Lt Dennis J Sapp together with his wingman Lt Ken Bray, received the Distinguished Flying Cross.
With the aid of AGM-45 "Shrikes" and rockeye bombs they took out a large SA-2 site near Haiphong in North Vietnam.
