This is a labor of love. I love the jolly rogers, and I have yet to find one for Flaming cliffs 3/DCS world. I used the F-18c template located in downloads/misc

Just unzip the download. copy the VFA-103 folder into C:/programfiles/eagle dynamics/dcs world/bazar/liveries/f_a-18C
