Updated 12/20/19- Added human voice overs and mission briefing images, fixed some issues with mission 9.
Updated 3/13/2020-Fixed issue with first messages of missions caused by last update.
Updated 3/16/2020-Fixed (hopefully) an issue some were having with JTAC not responding in mission 2.
Updated 3/21/2020 -Fixed Iran CAP and Intercept not spawning due to OB update shenanigans.
Carrier Strike Group Ten is steaming into the Persian Gulf to aid coalition forces in a counter insurgency on the Musandam Peninsula as a mysterious group of well-armed militants have been causing havoc in the area. This comes at a time where tensions between Iran and the western world are quickly reaching a breaking point. There is little room to maneuver in the crowded Straight of Hormuz and even less for error

I've been having fun lately adding voice recordings to missions. This is a quick nighttime strike in the Hornet with voice overs from the mission commander and another unit. Fairly straightforward mission, but a couple of surprises along the way.
Mission Brief:
"Good evening, everyone. We have received intelligence that a high value target is camped out in a mountain valley north of Kutaisi. The mission tonight is simple: Take out the target. There's not a lot of maneuvering room in the valley, so Dodge flight, a single F-18 will go in alone armed with rockets. A single Apache, Springfield flight, will be standing by for additional CAS. Uzi will be on station over the camp providing forward air control, and will designate targets as needed. Overlord will provide mission command. Additional details will be provided after startup."

As a follow up to my Arty Spotter script, I wanted to create a carefree, user friendly JTAC Lase Anything script.
Script feautures:
+ script only needs to be loaded in a trigger. No JTAC unit needed. Target group naming optional, but not mandatory.
+ JTAC reports target position in MGRS, standard Lat/Lon and decimal Lat/Lon
+ laser code can be changed in flight (default 1516)
+ target group can be changed in flight (default name "TARGET")
+ option to request smoke marker
+ option to select IR pointer
+ option to skip current target (JTAC will loop through the group)
+ option to terminate JTAC service (can be resumed by selecting new target group)
+ interaction with the script through map marker text field
+ works on any map
+ can lase static objects and normal AI groups/units
