**Mission Type:** Urban Close Air Support (CAS) and Forward Air Control (Airborne) [FAC(A)]
**Date:** April 12, 2024, 08:30 hours
**Mission Objective:** Secure the towns of Al Baytariyah, and Hayjanah from enemy forces, neutralize severe MANPAD threats, and establish control for further operations. Your role as a CAS/FAC(A) asset is crucial in coordinating air support and providing close air support to ground forces engaged in urban combat operations.

-The main point in designing the mission was to gain familiarity, and practice fighting, the better types of AAA-only units.
-All AAA locations are located between wypt 0 and 1. I recommend learning the area, using cities, lakes, and forests to memorize how to find the targets, or add waypoints if you want to.
-There are triggers to alert you when entering each type's engagement radius. None of the batteries ranges overlap, you can only be in range of one group of 4 at a time.
-If you are new, rest assured, you can just blaze through at 400 knots, 1500 feet, to see the "fireworks", as long as you don't fly straight, at all, you will be fine. That being said, batteries of 4 provide a challenge, especially the Shilka and Gepard.
