As a follow up to my Arty Spotter script, I wanted to create a carefree, user friendly JTAC Lase Anything script.
Script feautures:
+ script only needs to be loaded in a trigger. No JTAC unit needed. Target group naming optional, but not mandatory.
+ JTAC reports target position in MGRS, standard Lat/Lon and decimal Lat/Lon
+ laser code can be changed in flight (default 1516)
+ target group can be changed in flight (default name "TARGET")
+ option to request smoke marker
+ option to select IR pointer
+ option to skip current target (JTAC will loop through the group)
+ option to terminate JTAC service (can be resumed by selecting new target group)
+ interaction with the script through map marker text field
+ works on any map
+ can lase static objects and normal AI groups/units

The FAC Script is an easy to adapt and incorporate LUA script to quickly create fun FAC-A missions.
The player can fly around, identify targets and request an air strike from one of five availabe striker groups, to engage the target.
He can select the type of ordnance that he wants dropped on the target and the amount of ordnance. As an option he can also select a specific attack heading.
After firing his marker rocket, the selected AI bombers will drop the selected ordnance onto the smoke marker.
Any aircraft or helicopter can be used as the player's FAC aircraft, as long as it can fire rockets.
Any AI aircraft or helicopter can be used for the air strikes, as long as it supports the main task "Ground Attack".
There is no limitation regarding ground targets.
