Version 1.80 - 20250715 - update
In Expansion, you are part of Blue’s ongoing battle to conquer the region. You are free to choose your own aircraft and mission (be it close air support, CSAR, strike, SEAD/DEAD, combat patrol, troop insertion, ferry or similar), and if you choose to help your side with the current tactical and strategical goals, that can help a lot to change the strategic landscape.
The mission starts with BLUE side holding only one airfield: Nalchik. AI assigns tactical objectives as it sees fit. The battle progresses around you in real-time and responds to your actions. Both side's AI Admirals task their units dynamically and according to their tactical needs.
Expansion supports all DCS player-controlled aircraft and comes with the ability to save and continue later.

Egyptian intelligence reports increased radio chatter between opposition groups in Cairo. Combined w/a cyber attack a few hours ago that took down all radar-based SAMs in the area, there's a high probability of further attacks on Cairo. The military is scrambling all available fighters in a show of force over Cairo while local authorities investigate 4 locations pinged during the cyber attack.
Once confirmed, EGF will mark enemy locations w/Red Smoke and friendly positions w/Blue Smoke. CAS units will then proceed to clear those areas of hostiles.
Western Coalition forces in the region will be providing additional air support.

The mission can be completed using any jet or helicopter.
- Completion Times:
- OPTIONAL MISSION: Supply Trains - 45+ mintues.
- MISSION I: CAS only - 1.5+ hrs.
- Intended Play Style: Mutli-Role - 2+ hrs.
- MISSION II: CAP only - 2.5+ hrs.
All enemy kills recorded in the Logbook.

You are a "Battle Angel", a member of Blue's elite Helicopter Combat Rescue Team "Cesar". The battle for control of Mineralnye Vody has turned into a prolonged aerial conflict.
You are tasked with retrieving downed pilots north of 'Cesar Ridge' and return them to a Field Hospital inside the safe zone (marked by red smoke). Expect opposition forces to be around that are searching for pilots, so perhaps bring a friend in a gunship.

Modules Required - Supercarrier, (any of the modules you want to train in of course :D )
6 Ranges to choose from, Sheffield, Ardent, Antelope, Coventry, Conveyor and Galahad for Ground Attack, Air to Air, Anti Ship, HARM / Radar and Runway busting.
A rescue mission scenario activated via the radio menu.
"Ambient Spawns" - I don't like being the only one taking off so I've added AI that spawn when you do around the base and on the carrier.
A large carrier battlegroup with busy (but still functional) Carrier decks, including the Supercarrier GW, HMS Invincible and Tarawa.
Airbase populated with Statics and ambient units.
Tankers and AWACS available.
Smoke on targets and Air to Air "drones" available via the Radi
