Change the Russian lettering inside the cockpit to read in English.
I take no credit for this mod. After going through the downloads that go back a few years, I downloaded the textures from this one here ==> https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/3335443/
I've put together a download that is OvGme ready and this file will go into the main DCS folder. This will work with all the variants of the MiG-29 contained in the FC-4 module. The A, G and the S variants.
